Tragedy

An accident waiting to happen… TAM flight crashes in Congonhas airport in Sao Paulo on July 17. In classic Brazilian fashion, nothing has really been done since the air-crisis began, in September of last year. See my previous post. And now 199 people are dead. They were alive in September. They had their lives ahead of them. They certainly didn’t expect the government to kill them.

nails

Can someone please tell me how to stop biting my nails? I’ve tried everything: pepper, wasabi, cayenne, gloves, specially formulated nail polish… Nothing works. Nada, zilch, niente, rien, nix, nothing. I mean, it works for a while, but then as soon as the stuff wears off and the nails have grown just so, I go at them with a vengeance….

Ok, I could write about the two car bombs that did NOT go off in London. I guess the terrorists were trying to squelch the iPhone day. I did not wait in line for the iPhone. I will not be getting one in the near future, and yes I have a Mac. I do not have 500 bucks to spend and I do not want to switch to AT&T.
